John, the owner is professional, caring, responsive & friendly. He is incredibly easy to communicate with & always keeps me up to date if there are changes to the workers. He has also checked in during & after the shifts to ensure everything went well. He responds very quickly to messages & even prioritised my business’s needs at 00:30 on a Sunday morning whilst dealing with an urgent family matter.
