FOUNDER

Our founder, started out as a security guard himself. Once a shy and timid boy, the world of security allowed him to open up and build his confidence through daily interactions with people. Soon enough, being a security guard became more than just welcoming or opening doors for people, it also became about giving important advice and realizing that it’s not just about protecting individual people, but also securing the future of the Melbourne community-at-large.

John founded Eagle Eye Guards & Services in order to marry his passion for the security industry and helping underprivileged youth. Presently, Eagle Eye Guards & Services has proudly served clients from various industries like banking, hospitality, events, and more while helping over hundreds of at-risk youth through IMAAP.

STEFANOS CHRISOULIS – OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Stefanos Chrisoulis is an experienced professional and is knowledgeable in various businesses, which includes many types of managerial and leadership roles. Stefanos is also a qualified fitness professional and an experience martial artist. Among other businesses, he has also managed business in this field including his own martial arts gym in the past. Stefanos possesses a strong and positive mentality and loves working with different tyres of people in varying environment. He has great interpersonal skills and works hard to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for his peers and colleagues.
